摘　　要：目的　评价临床应用TheWAND无痛口腔局麻注射仪对心血管病患者拔牙时进行局麻注射的效果。方法　试验分为二组 ,试验组使用TheWAND进行局麻注射 ,对照组使用手动注射方式。注射后由患者本人用 10点视觉模拟标尺表 (VAS) ,评定注射效果。并且在麻醉注射术前、术中、术后测量血压、心率后进行统计学分析。结果　实验组与对照组注射时的疼痛VAS值用t检验统计学分析有高度显著性差异 ,对照组局麻注射术中血压与注射术前及注射术后相比有明显上升 ,t检验统计学分析有高度显著性差异。结论　TheWAND无痛口腔局麻注射仪能有效的减轻注射疼痛 ,预防术中血压升高及心肌缺血加重 。Objective The clinical effect was evaluated by local anesthesia injection with The WAND at tooth extraction to the patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods Two groups were incduded and in the test group.The WAND was used and in the control group hand injection was performed.The effect of anesthesia was evaluated with VAS value by patients after injection.Blood-pressure and heart-beats were recoraded before,during and after injection.Results Statistical analysis indicated that the VAS value of different injection sites had significant difference between the test group and the control group(P< 0.05 ).The blood pressure at injection in the control group was obviously high.Conclusion The WAND can reduce the injection pain at tooth extraction,prevents the blood pressure from rising and heart-muscle blood deficiency in the operation and reduces the occurrence of different cardiovascular disease.
