摘　　要：“全球化”已经成为当下时代的关键词,其实全球化的过程是不同民族文化的共同生存和发展的过程。文化的多样性是文化繁荣昌盛的前提。本文从奥林匹克运动的价值普遍性入手,论证了奥林匹克运动推崇的普遍性不是强求一种标准的现代化,或文化的单一化,更非欧洲化或西方化。未来的奥林匹克教育是多文化的又是跨文化的。奥林匹克运动为社会文化树立了一个优秀的范例。As a key word most widely used in the contemporary society, globalization represents a process in which different national cultures commonly exist and develop. Cultural diversity is a precondition for the prosperity in culture. Starting from the analysis of the value universalism of the Olympic movement, the author holds that the universalism doesn't mean a standard modernization or a simplified culture, to say nothing of Europeanization or Westernization. The Olympic education in the future would be multi-cultural and trans-cultural. The Olympic movement has set up an excellent sample for social culture.
