摘　　要：通过将田径主修生毕业论文指导工作采用分阶段系统化的方式 ,使教师按各阶段的培养目标对学生的论文进程进行控制与指导 ,从而使学生明确各阶段所要完成的任务 ,并对整个毕业设计及论文撰写过程有一个清晰的了解 ,达到系统化培养学生科研能力的目的。by the way of systematization by stages of instruction to graduation thesis for students majoring in track and field, teachers can take control over the process of thesis preparing according to targets of corresponding stages respectively. Therefore, this strategies made students clearly understand missions in every single stage and the procedures of design and preparation of graduation thesis. Subsequently, it fostered students ' ability of scientific research systemically .
