摘　　要：从我国青少年男篮人口分布、身高现状以及训练、比赛等方面入手 ,比较详实的分析了目前的现状和存在的问题。拓宽人才的来源渠道 ,提高后备人才的质量 ,才能实现中国男篮腾飞。From the aspects of basketball population distribution, Height Status, training and competition, etc. the current situation and existing problems were elaborately analyzed. The condusions were as follows: opening up talents resource and improving quacity of basketball telents were the way to fullfill growth of China male basketball
