摘　　要：篮球课通过有意识培养能力与无意识培养能力的双向渠道 ,提高课堂教学效果 ,为使学生养成运动习惯 ,增强终身体育意识 ,创造良好的心理条件。Basketball lessons improve the ability by conscious training and unconscious training. The method can improve effect of class. It makes the students get into the habit of sports and strengthen the conscious of whole life sports and have good psychotherapy.
