准备活动在田径技术课教学中的作用

摘　　要：以田径技术课教学过程中的准备活动为研究对象,在论述了准备活动在田径专业课教学中的作用、原则后,指出:准备活动的创编应与专项教学内容相结合;田径专项技术课教学中的徒手操的选用应与美育教育相渗透。It is an important part that may not be dispensed with to warming-up at the beginning of track and field course and training, as well as before the competition. How to prepare for the training actirity of the warming-up and how to adapt effective training methods according to different couises in order to hit the target of PE teaching, there are some problems which ought to be probed and researched in teaching practice.
