摘  要:为观察人胎盘提取物(HPE)的抑突变作用,以环磷酰胺(CP)为阳性染色体损伤物,用1g/ml与0.5g/mlHPE分别与CP同时和间隔3h给药,观察HPE抑制CP致小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的形成率。结果表明,CP与HPE同时给药时微核率1g/ml组为7.0‰,0.5g/ml组为11.2‰;注射CP后3h给HPE,两剂量组的微核率分别为10.6‰与11.4‰。各组与CP阳性对照组微核率16.8‰比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),提示HPE降低CP致染色体损伤和抑制突变的作用非常显著,HPE与CP同时应用,其抑突变效果较CP作用后3h给予HPE为佳。Anti-mutagenesis of HPE was studied by means of bone marrow PCE micronucleus test in mice with CP as the inducing ageni’ CP was injected via peritoneal with a dose of 50mg/kg at 0 and 24th hour separately and slides were prepared at 3Oth hour.HPE of 1g/ml and 0.5g/ml was given hypodermically at the same time of CP injection,and the micronucleus ratio as 7. 0‰, and 11. 2‰, respectively. If the two doses of HPE as above were 3h given after CP injection, the micronucleus ratio was 10. 6‰ and 11. 4‰ respectively,all significantlly different from 16. 8‰ of CP positive control (P< O. 05 ). The result showed HPE might not do damage to chromosomes and spindle spparatus. It could be concluded that to a certain degree, HPE could inhlbit the damage to chromosome induced by CP,and the inhibitory effect of HPE given simultaneously with CP was stronger than that of HPE given 3h later.
