摘  要:结合某炼油厂动力站除氧系统改造工程项目 ,以除氧系统的计算机控制为例 ,介绍了模糊控制器的设计与实现。除氧系统具有多输入多输出、大滞后、时变性、非线性等一系列特点 ,除氧器的水位和压力相互影响 ,是一强耦合系统 ,其精确数学模型难以建立。为了达到除氧目的 ,必须保证水位和压力的恒定 ,而常规的基于 PID算法的控制器很难保证运行指标。为此 ,提出了一种基于模糊控制理论的多维模糊控制器的设计方法 ,并设计了除氧器压力和水位模糊控制器。为了消除多台除氧器并联工作时相互间的影响 ,控制各除氧器平稳运行 ,结合人工控制经验设计了智能控制器 ,其控制效果达到了预期要求。文中提出的模糊控制器 ,其设计过程简单 ,易于工程实现 。Combining the renovation project with the power plant of an oil refining factory, this paper gives an introduction of design and implementation of a fuzzy controller by the instance of the computer control of the deoxidation system. The deoxidation system with a nonlinear structure is characterized by multi input multi output (MIMO) and great time delay. And its water level and pressure are strongly coupled. For these reasons, it is hard to establish its precise mathematical model. The water level and pressure must be kept steady to get rid of oxygen in water. But these requirements are almost unreachable when the ordinary PID control scheme is applied. This paper presents a method of designing multi dimension fuzzy controller based on the fuzzy control theory and the design of the fuzzy controller for the pressure and water level. In order to eliminate the mutual influence among several deoxidation boilers while working simultaneously, an intelligent controller incorporating artificial experiences is proposed to keep them work smoothly. Its running performance validates the control scheme. The proposed fuzzy controller is simple in design and easy to implement in practice and suitable for other MIMO fuzzy control systems.
