小竹节疵点产生原因及控制措施

摘　　要：小竹节疵点在生产过程中普遍存在,要杜绝小竹节疵点,必须从织物的前道工序开始监管。此类疵点从布面上观察均呈小竹节,会给企业带来严重损失。对前纺、后纺工序中小竹节疵点的产生原因进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了控制措施。The slubby defects,observed as small bamboo joint,are existed commonly in the yarn production,and bring huge loss for enterprises. Monitoring should be taken from the former process to avoid these defeats. The causes of the defects in the fore- spinning and post- spinning process are analyzed,and the control measures are proposed.
