酸性纤维素酶在高支亚麻纱生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：以酸性纤维素酶处理亚麻纱为例,探讨了高支亚麻纱的生产技术。结果表明:在合适的条件下,使用酸性纤维素酶不但能提高亚麻纱的细度,且断裂强力保留率也可以达到88%~99%,断裂伸长率没有明显下降。可在满足织造要求的前提下,提高亚麻产品的附加价值。The manufacture technology of high count linen yarn with acid cellulose pretreatment is investigated. It is found acid cellulasetreatment under mild condition can improve the count of linen yarn with breaking strengthen retention up to 88% ~99% and no obvious reducein breaking elongation. The new technology can meet the requirement of spinning and weaving and increase the added value of linen product.
