摘　　要：以中铁重工ZTE6250型盾构在西安地铁隧道施工情况为例,介绍盾构在软土地层施工中出现的蛇形前进、垂直姿态下掉、螺旋出土不顺、浆液流失等常见作业故障的处理,在不同状况下,制订相应的应对措施,使施工作业安全、经济、高效。Taking the Iron Heavy ZTE6250 type shield machine in case of Xi'an metro tunnel construction for an example,the series of working treatments for shield snake appears in the soft soil layer construction,vertical posture off unearthed spiral flow,slurry and other common job loss treatment failure are described. Under different conditions,corresponding measures are formulated to insure the construction work safe,economical and efficient.
