摘　　要：为建立本实验室 Wistar大鼠血象和生化指标的正常值范围并为制定全国统一标准提供参考依据 ,选用普通级Wistar大鼠 (雄性 10 2只体重为 112± 2 7g,雌性 10 1只体重为 10 7± 2 6 g) ,普通采血 ,测定了血象和血清生化指标 。This paper describes the baseline haematological parameters and serum biochemistry values found in the Wistar rats. The purpose of this investigation is to establish baseline data for the laboratory and supply the reference for establishing the country standard. The method: body weights of the rats for male is 112±27g (n=102) and for famale is 107±26g(n=101). Blood collection is a common laboratory procedure in animal experiments. Multiple analysis were measured in the haematology and serum biochemistry values were also acquired. Data listed include the mean and the standard deviation of haematological parameters and serum biochemistry values. Comparison between sexe was analyzed.
