摘　　要：目的:探讨血清CA125监测对卵巢癌患者的临床应用价值。方法:运用电化学发光免疫测定法对卵巢癌患者、卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清CA125进行测定,另选取健康体检人群作为对照。结果:卵巢癌患者、卵巢良性肿瘤、正常对照组差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:测定血清CA125对卵巢癌的诊断、鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective:To study the clinical application value of serum CA125monitoring in patients with ovatian cancer.Methods:Serum CA125 in patients with ovatian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal controls were measured by elctrochemi luminescence immuno-assay(ECLIA).Results:The differentiation were significant among the patients with ovatian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusion:Serum CA125 measuring had important clinical value to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovatian cancer.
