自体巩膜腔内羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自体巩膜腔内羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入手术的临床疗效。方法:对36例行眼内容物剜出及自体巩膜腔内羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入患者与23例行眼球摘除术及肌圆锥内羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入患者的手术效果进行对比分析。结果:自体巩膜腔内植入组结膜、巩膜愈合良好,无义眼台暴露。肌圆锥内植入组义眼台暴露4例。两组比较有显著性差异。结论:自体巩膜腔内羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入术临床效果良好,可有效避免义眼台暴露的发生。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of primary autogenous sclera wrapping hydroxyapatite(HA) orbital implantation.Methods:To collect 59 cases who underwent primary HA orbital implantation after evisceration or enucleation.Among them 36 cases underwent autogenous sclera wrapping HA implantation and 23 cases underwent HA implantation in the muscle cone.Analyse the surgery effect.Results:In the follow-up time,there was no cases of extrusion in the group of autogenous sclera wrapping implantation.There were 4 cases of extrusion in the group of implantation in muscle cone.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Primary autogenous sclera wrapping HA orbital implantation could acquire good effect.
