黛力新治疗偏头痛的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黛力新治疗偏头痛的近期疗效。方法:选取偏头痛患者90例,随机分为黛力新组和对照组,每组45例。观察2组治疗后偏头痛疼痛强度、持续时间及治疗总有效率。结果:2组患者治疗后偏头痛均有改善,疼痛强度减轻,头痛持续时间缩短(P<0.01);与对照组比较,黛力新组疼痛强度减轻明显,头痛持续时间更短(P<0.05),治疗后4周止痛显效病例明显增加(χ2=4.56,P<0.01),总有效率显著提高(χ2=5.09,P<0.01)。结论:黛力新治疗偏头痛,可以缩短病程,改善头痛症状,近期效果满意。Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of deanxit on migraine.Methods:90 cases with migraine were randomly divided into two groups.There were 45 cases in each group respectively.Flunarizine was used in control group,and in the base of control group,deanxit was used in deanxit group.The total number,total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks were recorded.Results:The total number and total duration of migraine attacks were markedly decreased in two groups(P<0.01).Deanxit group was more effective than control group in lowing the total number,total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks(χ2=4.56 or χ2=5.09,P<0.05).Conclusion:Deanxit was an effective way for the therapy of patients with migraine.It can decrease the total number,total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks.
