思密达和锡类散中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎25例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察思密达和锡类散保留灌肠的疗效。方法:选择2000年3月~2008年2月溃疡性结肠炎住院患者50例。随机分为两组:治疗组25例,采用思密达、锡类散灌肠30 d,对照组25例,采用地塞米松灌肠。结果:治疗组有效率92%,对照组有效率74%。结论:思密达和锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用。Objective:To observe the curative effect of retention-enema with Dioctahedral smectite and Xilei San.Methods:50 cases of hospitalized patients of ulcerative colitis in our hospital from March 2000 to February 2008 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group:25 cases,treated by Dioctahedral smectite and Xilei San enema.The control group,25 cases,treated by dexamethasone enema.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group is 92%,and the effective rate of the control group is 74%.Conclusion:the curative effect of ulcerative colitis by Dioctahedral smectite and Xilei San retention-enema is obvious,without obvious side effects.
