摘　　要：目的:了解我院医护人员对新徒手心肺复苏培训流程的满意度。方法:对我院参加新徒手心肺复苏培训的医护人员进行满意度问卷调查。结果:随机调查参加培训的共128名医护人员,总体认为新培训方案优于原方案,特别是环境的判断、意识判断及操作流程明显好于原方案(P<0.05)。结论:新的培训方案更适用于心肺复苏培训。Objective :To investigate the satisfaction of the medical personnel to the new CPR training in our hospital.Method:The medical personnel in our hospital.were investigated by questionnaires. Results:There were 128 medical personnel in the trainning group.They consider the new one is better to the primary,especially in the enviroment judgement, consciousness judgement , operation flowsheet (P<0.05).Conclusion:The new trainning program is much better than the old one for CPR trainning.
