IOLMaster系统测量不同切口白内障超声乳化手术对角膜曲率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同切口白内障超声乳化手术对角膜曲率的影响。方法:白内障患者共86例,随机分为两组,A组采用透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化摘除及折叠式人工晶体植入术,B组采用反眉式巩膜隧道切口及折叠式人工晶体植入术,分别用IOLMaster5.2系统测量两组患者手术前及手术后的角膜曲率变化,并进行统计学比较,分析两种不同白内障手术切口对手术后角膜曲率的影响大小,从而比较两种手术切口对患者术后角膜散光的影响。结果:A组患者手术后与手术前角膜曲率变化为降低(4.72±1.21);B组患者手术后与手术前角膜曲率变化降低(4.47±1.15)。两组数据比较有统计学意义。结论:巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化摘除及折叠式人工晶体植入术是一种安全有效的手术方法,术后能避免形成更多的医源性散光,从而使患者获得更好的术后视力。Objective:To study the changes of keratometry after phacoemulsification.Methods:86 cases were randomly assigned to 2 groups.A group was treated with phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation through a clear corneal incision,and B group was treated with scleral tunnel incision phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation.All cases were measured before and after treatment by IOL Master,and then compared the keratometry between the 2 groups.Results:The keratometry in A group decreased by (4.72±1.21),while a result of (4.47±1.15) in B group.There was a significant difference between the 2 groups.Conclusion:Scleral tunnel incision phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective surgical method,which can avoid the formation of more postoperative iatrogenic astigmatism,so that patients have a better postoperative visual acuity.
