还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液对浅层病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液对浅层病毒性角膜炎治疗效果。方法:随机、双盲、平行对照试验,治疗组315例(435眼)采用(天亿)还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液+阿昔洛韦滴眼液+重组人干扰素a-2b滴眼液,对照组298例(437眼)采用阿昔洛韦滴眼液+重组人干扰素a-2b滴眼液。术后观察角膜荧光素染色,按染色水平分为治愈、有效、好转、无效四级,用药后术后第7 d和第14 d观察术后反应并评价,记录角膜荧光素染色结果。结果:治疗第7 d治疗组315例(435眼)中,治愈152眼,有效193眼,总有效率79.3%;对照组298例(437眼)中,治愈87眼,有效105眼,总有效率43.9%,两组总有效率经X2检验有统计学意义P<0.02;治疗14 d,治疗组315例(435眼)中,治愈306眼,有效82眼,总有效率91.5%;对照组298例(437眼)中,治愈238眼,有效132眼,总有效率84.7%,两组总有效率经X2检验有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽能促进浅层病毒性角膜炎的角膜修复。Objective:to study the effect of reduced glutathione(GSH) eye drop on the superficial keratitis caused by the herpes simplex virus.Methods:patients was be divided into two groups randomly:contral group and drug-treated groups.The drug-treatment group was treated with GSH drops,acyclovir drops and recombinant human interferon drops.The contral group was treated by acyclovir drops and recombinant human interferon drops only.Corneal fluorescein was observed and noted after 7 and 14 days respectively.Results:after 7 days of treatment and 14 days treatment,the general effect power of drug-treatment group is better than the control group,and there was significent different between them.Conclution:the GSH drops can increase the recovery of cornea in the superficial keratitis caused by the herpes simplex virus.
