摘　　要：互联网是一把"双刃剑",在其迅猛发展的同时,所带来的负面影响和不利因素也同样冲击着高校大学生的思想、感知和认知,甚至影响和改变着大学生世界观的形成、人生观的塑造、价值观的树立。基于校园微信公众平台及APP技术,对进一步提升高校大学生思想政治教育科学化水平、主动占领意识形态领域主阵地提出了具体方法和措施。The Internet is a'double-edged sword,'in its rapid development at the same time,brought about by the negative effects,and the adverse factors also impact the college students' thought,perception and cognition,even affect and change the formation of world outlook and the outlook on life of college students,and the setting of their values. This article is based on campus WeChat public platform and APP technology,to further enhance the level of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities and take the initiative to occupy the ideological position in the specific methods and measures,which are put forward.
