摘　　要：[目的]观察综合疗法治疗脑中风的临床疗效。[方法]对156例患者首先降颅压、预防脑水肿以及扩张血管、抗凝血治疗,并根据病人具体情况进行对症溶栓、钙通道阻滞剂、中药辨证等综合治疗。治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]66例痊愈,82例显效,总有效率94.78%。[结论]综合疗法治疗脑中风效果满意。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy in the treatment of stroke.[Methods] 156 patients first reducing intracranial pressure,the prevention of brain edema and vascular dilatation,anticoagulant therapy,patient specific and based on case of symptomatic thrombolysis,calcium channel blockers,such as traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy.After 1 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results]66 cases were cured,82 cases,the total efficiency of 94.78%.[Conclusion] Combination therapy in the treatment of stroke with satisfactory results.
