摘  要:在硫酸介质中 ,基于甲醛对溴酸钾氧化次甲基蓝 (MB)显著的促进作用 ,建立了测定甲醛的动力学光度法。线性范围为 0 .4 8~ 5 .6 0 μg·ml- 1,检出限为 0 .2 2 μg·ml- 1。对浓度水平为 1.6 μg·ml- 1甲醛的 10次平行测定的RSD为 0 .4 86 %。方法用于检测酚醛树脂以及动物标本室内空气中甲醛含量 。A novel and sensitive kinetic spectrophometric method for the determination of formaldehyde was developed, which is based on the kinetic effect of formaldehyde on the oxidation reaction of methylene blue by bromate ion in sulphuric acid medium. Formaldehyde in the linear concentration range of 0.48~5.60μg·ml -1 was determined with a detection limit of 0.22μg·ml -1. The method has been applied to the determination of free formaldehyde in the atmosphere of animal specimens room and in phenol-formaldehyde resin with satisfactory results. The possible reaction mechanism was also discussed.
