摘 要:乙醚浸泡除杂 ,甲醇索氏抽提 ,以芦丁为对照品 ,用吸光光度法测定了荞麦秸中总黄酮的含量。建立了芦丁浓度 吸光度关系的回归方程式C∧ =0 .1397A - 0 .0 0 2 5 6 ,r =0 .9995。此法操作简单易行 。It was reported that flavones in stems and leaves of buckwheat were determined by absorptiophotometry. The sample was soaked in ether to remove the co existing impurities. The sample was then extracted with methanol in a Soxhlet′s extractor. An aliquot of the extract was taken and reacted with aluminum(Ⅲ) under the specified experimental condition to form complexes of flavones with aluminum(Ⅲ) ion and the absorbance of the ethanol solution was measured at 500nm against the reagent blank. Rutin standard was used as standard in the preparation of calibration curve. The following regression equation proved the linearity of the calibration curve: C(g·L -1)=0.1397A-0.00256 (r=0.9995). It was found that the content of total flavones in buckwheat straw attained a value as high as 6.16%. Hence its comprehensive utilization would be very profitable.
