摘　　要：目的 :探讨汉族精神分裂症与单胺氧化酶 A基因的关系。方法 :对 42个有 2名以上符合ICD 10精神分裂症诊断标准、父母健在而且不都有精神分裂症病史的汉族家系进行MAO A基因多态性检测。结果 :MAO A等位基因频度和基因型频度在父母组、非患病同胞组和患病同胞组之间无差异 ,但存在性别差异。A2等位基因具有传递不平衡性。A2 /A2基因型与妄想、思维障碍和情感障碍关系密切。结论 :本文支持精神分裂症基因位于假性常染色体的假说。对于本研究中的汉族精神分裂症来说 ,MAO A功能异常可能导致精神分裂症症状 ,但不能排除MAOObjective: To study the association between the monoamine oxide A(MAO A) and schizophrenia among Han.Methods: The MAO A polymorphism was identified in the pedigrees recruited from Han nationality of Henan Province.In these pedigrees,there were at least two schizophrenic affected siblings according to the ICD 10 criteria and at most only one of their alive parents had the positive history of schizophrenia.Results: Although the distributions of MAO A alleles or of genotypes did not show significant diference when comparing among the groups of parents,non affected siblings and affected siblings.significant differences were found between genders.And A2 allele was found to be transmission disequibrilium.The genotypes were significantly positively correlative to the symptoms such as delusions,thouht disorders or emotional disorders.Conclusion: This paper supports the hypothesis that the schizophrenic gene locate on the pseudo chromosome.For the Han schizophrenia in this study,schizophrenic symptoms were induced by the functional abnormal of MAO A.However,the possibilitythat its adjacent genes associate with schizophrenia still cannot be excluded.
