儿童钝挫伤性前房出血继发性青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：Objective: To probe into the relation between the children’s hyphema caused by the bruise and the secondary according and its treatment value. Methods : 176 cases of secondary glaucoma resulted from traumatic hyphema were investigated, All of them were our patients from Jan. 1991 to Jan. 2001. Medicine was given and the bad-effective were treated with surgery. Results : The eyeballs pressure of 42 cases restored to normal level after medicine cure, with the successful rate 23.9% ;In the other 136 cases, 120 cases got normal eyeballs pressure after surgery,with the successful rate 89.6% . Conclusion : Medicine cure is effective in some secondary glaucoma induced by traumatic hyphema, while most of the comprehensive cases need different surgery and the effect is satisfactory.Objective: To probe into the relation between the children's hyphema caused by the bruise and the secondary according and its treatment value.
