摘　　要：Objective : To inquire the effect of biochemical-modification-therapy to advanced tumor patients. Methods : 57 advanced malignant tumor patients are treated and cared by impending tube and using infusion pump to infusing chemotherapeutic remedy. Results : This method is much effective and less toxic-side effects than general chemotherapy, specially suitable for advanced stage digestive tumor patients in poor general states amd indurate to general chemotherapy. Conclusion : bicchcmical-modification therapy is safe effective convenient and cheap,and is deserving to use widely.Objective : To inquire the effect of biochemical-modification-therapy to advanced tumor patients.
