摘　　要：目的 :探讨高龄、高危肺癌病人肺切除术的危险因素。方法 :本组 6 7例符合诊断标准的肺癌患者 ,既使术前肺功能危险性指标临界值或不满意 ,而右心射血分数 (RVEF) >4 0 %。仍可安全手术。结果和结论 :老年肺癌肺切除术除常规术前肺切除测定外 ,更应重视其右心功能与肺切除术的危险关系 ,RVEF更适合于作为高龄、高危肺癌患者的肺切除术的危险性评价指标。Objective: To explore risk factory in lung resection with the patients of high age and high-risk. Methods:Right ventricular ejection fraction was consecutively assessed in 67 patients before pulmonary resection by echocardiography. Result:Lung function for patient less than 50% and RVEF greater than 40% is safe ,far operation. Conclusion:The lung function was consecatively assessed in the older pation of lung cancer before lung resection is nessiciary , we muse notice that righe ventricular ejection fraction are a ccom platy with lung resection .we found than RVEF lung resction in the patient of hight age and hight risk lung Cancer.
