糖尿病性白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘出和人工晶体植入的适应症 ,手术方法和疗效。方法 :糖尿病性白内障行囊外摘出联合人工晶体植入术 6 8例。结果 :术中术后未见严重并发症 ,最终视力 6 2 %大于 0 .6 ,结论 :只要经适当控制饮食 ,或应用适量的降糖药物 ,使血糖相对稳定在一定水平而无全身或眼部严重并发症 ,施行囊外摘出和人工晶体植入疗效是安全可靠的。Objective: To study the indication , operation method and curative effect of ECCE combined with IOL implantation on diabetics . Methods: 68 patients with diabetic cataract were operated by ECCE combined with IOL implantation . Results: No severe complications were found in postoperative and the best visual of 0.6 or more occureed in 62% patients. Conclusions: After control dien, use suitable medicine, blood sugar can be at regulation level , no severe complications were happend in eye ball or at the whole body , and ECCE combined with IOL implantation were safe and effect.
