谷氨酸致痫大鼠海马内spinophilin免疫反应的变化

摘　　要：目的　研究spinophilin与癫痫发病的关系。方法　采用侧脑室注射L 谷氨酸钠 6 μl (5 0mg/ml)制作大鼠癫痫模型 ,动物存活 2小时。然后用免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠海马内spinophilin表达的变化。结果　实验组大鼠海马CA1及CA3区阳性反应产物较对照组明显增多。结论　提示spinophilin可能参与了癫痫的发生 。Objective To explore the relationship between spinophilin and epilepsy Method The epilepsy was induced by injecting L glutamate sodium into the lateral ventricle,and the ratswere sacrificed 2 hours after the onset of epileptic activity The changes in spinophilin expression were examined by means of immunohistochemistry Result Immunoreactionof spinophilin increased in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 areas of the experimental group Conclusion The results indicate that spinophilin may play a role in the epileptic susceptibility
