摘　　要：人总是“社会的人” ,人有种种需要 ,这既是人的本性 ,也是一个客观范畴。人的需要是社会历史发展的初始动因 ,劳动是满足人的需要的惟一手段。要想推动社会历史的发展 ,必须通过建立合法的社会条件 ,去激发社会成员将自身的需要转化为劳动创造活动。Man is always'Social person'and has various needs.This is not only persons' nature,also an objective category.Persons' needs is the impetus to socio historical development and manual labour is the sole measure to meet the persons' needs.If we want to propel the socio history forward,we nust establish a reasonable social condition in order to evoke the society members to transform themselves' needs into work creative activities.\;
