干摩擦条件下45号钢渗硫层的摩擦磨损性能试验研究

摘　　要：采用低温离子渗硫技术 ,在不同预先热处理的 4 5号钢表面形成渗硫层。在干摩擦条件下 ,对渗硫试件和非渗硫试件进行了摩擦磨损试验。试验表明 :经低温离子渗硫处理的试件 。Sulphide layer was made on the surface of 45 steel, which was pretreatmented, by low temperature ion sulphurizing process Experiments of friction and wear of sulphurized and non sulphurized steel workpiece were performed under dry friction condition The results show that the sulphurized workpieces have excellent friction reducing and wear resistant effects
