摘　　要：本文分析了1975—1985年间收治的25例横纹肌肉瘤病例,其中男性18例,女性7例,平均年龄35岁,这种肿瘤发生在不同部位:头颈部、肢体、躯干和睾丸,组织学类型包括胚胎型、腺泡型、多形性,葡萄状型和未定型,5年生存率为12％,预后与临床分期、病理类型和治疗方法有关,适当广泛的切除肿瘤联合放疗和化疗是提高疗效的重要途径。From 1975—1985, a total of 25 patients with rhabdomyosarcoma treated by various metheds were analized, of which 18 were male and 7 were female. The average age is 35 years old. This kind of tumor arises in various parts of the body: the head and neck, the extremities, the trunk and testis, histological types including embryon 1, alveolar, pleomorphic, botryoid and unclassic. The 5-year survival rate is 12％. Prognosis is related to clinical stage, pathologic classification and treatment method. proper wide excision tumor combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is important in improving the treatment results.
