摘　　要：自1978—1984年12月共收集17例贲门癌,占同期贲门癌切除病例(320例)的5％,早期贲门癌在临床上比较少见,如能早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗,手术切除和五年生存率比进展期高。贲门癌的研究处于初期阶段,文章着重讨论国内外专家对贲门癌范围的认识,笔者使用内窥镜诊断以及外科治疗点滴体会。In the year from 1978 to Dec. 1984, 17 cases of early cancer of cardia were admitted, about 5％ of resectared cases of cardia (320 cases) in the same peaiod. Early cancer of cardia in clinical aspect are relative rare. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are beneficial to the resectalilty rate of and 5-years surviral rate. The research of the cancer of the cardia is olny in the Primary stadium. This paper emphasize—(1) the discussion of the recognition of cancer of cardia revealed by both clinical and foreign spcialist. (2) The author's several experiences through endoscopic examination and surgical treat ment are revealed.
