摘　　要：生存的外部环境日益复杂化迫使中小企业必须寻求一种全新的生存方式 ,虚拟经营之于中小企业就是环境的使然 。The outer surviving environment which is becoming increasingly complex forces the medium small enterprises to search for a completely different surviving method. The method is none other than virtual management. From strategic point of view, It is possible for medium small enterprises to survive in the virtual environment.
