P21作为宫颈癌标志物和P21单抗临床应用的研究

摘　　要：以人宫颈癌为材料,同一份样品用四个实验指标来检测和分析癌蛋白P21的表达变化。结果发现:宫颈癌组织中存在有P21的表达;表达蛋白的分子量约为21KD;表达的主要部位在恶变细胞胞浆和胞膜中;表达水平高于慢性炎症约六倍。实验结果在临床应用中得到了验证。54例宫颈石蜡切片用ABC免疫酶标法进行了检测。宫颈癌组P21阳性率和阳性强度明显高于慢性炎症组,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Using the human cervical cancer, oncoprotein P21 is detected and analysied by 4 index in the same one speciman. The results showed that there is p21 expression in cervical cancer and Mw is 21Kd in p21. Main part of p21 expression is in the cell plasma and the membrane of carcinoma cell. Level of expression is 6 time more than that of cervilis. These resultes have be verified in clinical application. 54 section have teteced with ABC immunohistochemstry. p21 positive rate and strength of cervical cancer are strikingly bighter those of cervitis. (P<0.05) The data imply that p21 Mcab may be a marker on diagnosis of cervical cancer and p21 McAb may paly an impo rtant role on diagnose and other clinical application.
