摘　　要：从讨论企业伦理及企业经营中的利益关系入手 ,提出了企业伦理经营假设 ,阐述了企业经营应该建立于企业伦理假设的基础上 ,并进一步说明合乎伦理的企业管理 ,强调正确处理与利益相关者的关系。Starting with the business ethic and the benefit relation of business administration, the writer puts forward the hypothesis of business ethic management, expounds that the business administration should be based on the hypothesis of the business ethic, and makes a further explanation to the business administration according to the ethic. Furthermore, the writer puts the stress on handling the relations correctly between the business and the people related to the benefit.
