摘 要:目的 探讨氟化钠对酒精性肝损伤的影响。方法 实验大鼠分为 4组 :C组 (对照组 ) ,饮用去离子水 ;F组 (氟化钠组 ) ,饮用 0 .0 0 0 8m g/L氟化钠水溶液 ;A组 (酒精组 ) ,饮用 2 0 %酒精溶液 ;F+A组 (氟化钠 +酒精组 ) ,饮用 0 .0 0 0 8m g/L氟化钠 +2 0 %酒精溶液。应用体视学方法计量各组大鼠肝细胞线粒体的体密度(Vvm )、面密度 (Svm )、比表面 (Qm )、规划形状因子 (RFFm )、面数密度 (Nam ) ;粗面内质网的体密度 (Vvr)、面密度 (Svr) ;肝间质胶原纤维的面积。结果 F+A组较 F组、A组更显著的引起 :1肝细胞线粒体的畸形和增生 ;2粗面内质网的破坏和减少 ;3肝间质胶原纤维的增多。结论 氟化钠能促进酒精性肝损伤 ,加速肝纤维化的形成。因此 ,高氟区人群对慢性酒精性肝损伤具有更高的敏感性。Objective To investigate the influence of NaF on alcoholic liver injury.Methods In experiment, rats were divided into four groups: Group C (control group), drinking deionized water; Group F (NaF group), drinking 0.000 8 mg/L NaF water solution; Group A (Alcohol group), drinking 20% alcohol solution; Group F+A (NaF +Alcohol group), drinking 0.000 8 mg/L NaF + 20% alcohol solution. By using stereologic method, the following parameters were measured from the liver cell mitochondria in rats of every group: Volume density (Vvm), Surface density (Svm), Specific surface (Qm), Area numbers density (Nam), Regular form factor (RFFm), Vvr and Svr in rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and area of collagen fiber in the liver were also studied.Results The F+A group has induced more significantly than A or F group in:①Proliferation and deformation of mitochondria in hepatocytes.②Decrease and destruction of rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum.③Increase in area of collagen fiber in the liver interstitium.Conclusions Sodium fluoride can aggravate alcoholic liver injury and accelerate liver fibrosis. Thus population in high fluoride area have higher susceptibility to chronic alcoholic liver injury.
