摘 要:目的 研究食用合格碘盐后部分人群尿碘、血清促甲状腺激素 (TSH)和甲状腺球蛋白 (TG)状况及其之间的关系 ,评价现行浓度的碘盐是否能满足不同人群对碘的需求。方法 按日需碘量不同将人群分为学龄儿童、成人、孕妇 3组 ,给以 32 m g/kg碘盐食用 4周 ,观察这期间的尿碘水平、血清 TSH和 TG状况。结果 干预后3组人群尿碘均维持在 10 0μg/L以上 ,成人组尿碘水平比较理想。3组人群血清 TSH碘干预前后变化不明显 ;成人组 TSH较儿童组和孕妇组低 ;34例成人碘干预前后 TSH差异有显著意义 ,干预后 TSH略有上升。3组人群血清 TG中位数碘干预前后差异无显著意义 ;成人组 TG下降幅度较大一些 ,达 2 5 % ;儿童组 TG明显高于成人组和孕妇组 ;32例成人碘干预前后 TG差异有显著意义 ,呈下降趋势。结论 32 mg/kg浓度的碘盐对于饮食单一、碘源不足的人群比较合适 ,而对于经济状况较好、碘源充足的人群尤其是儿童则有偏高的倾向。血清 TSH和 TG在短期内的改变 ,贫碘人群较富碘人群明显 ,尤其贫碘人群的 TG改变 ,有较 TSH更敏感的倾向。Objective To study the status and relationship about urine iodine, serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) and thyroglobulin(TG) of some population by using qualified iodized salt and to evaluate the effect of iodized salt which the concentration that might meet the demand of different population.Methods Study had begun in the population which were divided by three groups such as school students,adults and pregnancy according to the iodine demand. We had detected urine iodine, serum TSH and TG by using iodized salt which concentration is 32 mg/kg for four weeks.Results The urine iodine of three groups has maintained over 100 μg/L after intervention. The median of serum TSH and TG has no statistical differences in three groups. The serum TSH of adults is lower than other two groups.There was respectively difference of serum TSH in 34 adults and has a little rise. The decrease range of serum TG in adults was 25%. The median of serum TG in children group was higher than other two groups.There was respectively difference of serum TG in 32 adults and it decreased after intervention.Conclusions The concentration of iodized salt is suitable to the population with simple food and iodine deficiency but there is high promotion to the population with good condition and sufficient iodine especially to the children. The change of serum TSH and TG had happened in short time and the change in population with iodine deficiency was obvious.The change of serum TG was sensitive than serum TSH.
