摘　　要：目的 探讨浅表脂肪瘤的超声图像特点。方法 超声检查16例浅表脂肪瘤并与手术病理结果进行对照分析。结果 典型浅表脂肪瘤包膜多不清或隐约可见,内部呈相对低回声伴有稍强小条索。内部多无彩色血流信号。结论 浅表脂肪瘤的超声图像具有一定特征。Objective to study the ultrasonography features of superficial lipomas. Methods Sixteeen superficial lipomas were examined by ultrasongraphy, compared with the results of operation and pathology. Results Envelope of typical superficial lipoma is not clear, their internal echogenicity were anechoic and accompany with hyperechoic strip. Few color Doppler flows were display in lipoma. Conclusion The ultrasonography of superficial lipoma has some features.
