对超越企业与市场的企业间合作竞争型准市场组织的研究

摘　　要：在经济全球化趋势不断加强的今天,企业的创新与价值越来越多地来自于企业间的网络组织,技术创新活动的相互依赖使得创新对组织的协调功能提出了新的要求,而传统的协调机制——市场价格机制不能完全满足这一要求,这就提出了对超越企业与市场的企业间合作竞争型准市场组织的要求。文章通过对企业、市场和新经济组织形式“三分法” 的引入,初步研究了其分析框架,并用此分析方法初步概括和解析了超越企业与市场的企业间合作竞争型准市场组织的具体形态、不同定义及其特征。With the tendency of economic globalization enhanced, the innovation and value of enterprises derive more and more from the inter-enterprise network. The inter - independence of technical innovations raises a new demand on the coordination functions of the organization. However, the traditional coordination system, the market and price system, cannot satisfy this demand. The Quasi - market Organization of Inter - enterprise Cooperation and Competition Surpassing the Enterprises and Market is required. With the introduction of triple-division of enterprises, market and new economic organization forms, this article primarily studies the analytical framework. This analytical method is applied to elementarily generalize and analyze the specific conformation, different definitions and characters of this quasi - market Organization of Inter- enterprise Cooperation and Competition Surpassing the Enterprises and Market.
