全民健身与高等体育教育专业人才的培养

摘　　要：通过对我国高等体育教育专业人才培养现状的分析 ,认为我国高等体育教育专业目前存在着课程的设置及教学内容与社会需求不尽一致 ,学科与术科、必修课与选修课比例失调等急需解决的问题。指出我国体育教育专业人才培养的变革应与全民健身运动接轨 ,充分发挥高等体育教育专业人才在全民健身运动中的作用 ,以适应 2 1世纪社会发展的需要。This paper analyses the training of PE personnel in colleges and universities, and finds that the training content does not meets the social requirements, and the compulsory and optional courses are ill proportioned, etc. Thus it is suggested that the reformation should go with the campaign of Health For All, so as to adapt it to the needs of social development in the 21 st century.
