以表阿霉素为主治疗恶性肿瘤70例的疗效

摘　　要：本文报道以表阿霉素为主治疗恶性肿瘤70例的疗效.近期疗效中.以恶性淋巴瘤的疗效最好,总有效率92.9%.对其他肿瘤也有相当的疗效.毒性反应有骨髓抑制.脱发等。A prospective study on a new antibictic antineoplastic drug Epirubicin (pharm-orubicin,EPI)in the management of malignant tumors was carried out from February 1987 to February 1990.Diseases divided into three groups, ( 1 ) 47 cases, recurrences/metastases of the initial tumor, after treatment of operation, radiation or other antineoplastic drug; (2)8 cases, after palliative operation; (3)15cases, after radical operation.The response rate was 92.9% for maligcant lymphoma. The EPI containing regimens were also effective in the patients with gastre-intestinal cancer, breast can- eer and sarcoma, etc. The main side effectsof EPI containing regimens were also analysed, and the dose-limiting toxicity was still bone marrow depression. Only one patient showed I A-V block. Tie role of EPI in chemotherapy of common malignancies was discussed
