摘　　要：当前的教学工作面临许多挑战 ,需要我们面对现实 ,实现教研活动由形式化向务实方向的转变 ,即教研必须以服务于教学为前提 。At present teaching work faces with many challenges. What we should do is to put teaching research into concrete teaching activities. We should make teaching research serve teaching activities and the research into the students can be the start point of the research work.
