摘　　要：该文讨论了近场光学的基本原理和非辐射场探测分辨率,并着重研究了近场扫描光纤探针的辐射机理及其在纳米生物领域的应用.In this paper,the principle of the near-field optics and the survey of the evaneacent wave differentiation rate are discussed,the radiate mechanism about the scanning near-field optical fiber probe and its application in the biological field are also studied.
