摘　　要：本文从社会发展需要高素质创新型体育教育人才出发 ,分析了影响体育教育专业创新人才培养的因素 。At the basis of needing creative talents with high quality for the spots teaching in the development of the society,the essay analysis the factors that affect the cultivation of the creative talents in the mjor of the sports teaching and stresses on describing the ways to cultivate the creative talents for it.
