摘　　要：本文通过对"欧洲学分转换系统"的发展历程、运作规则及其形成和运作特点的阐释,提出在高等教育国际化的趋势下,我国高校之间现存的藩篱必须打破,影响学分互认和学生流动的坚冰必须消融,构建一个充满活力的具有中国特色的高等教育市场已迫在眉睫。The article firs t tends to discuss the developing history of ECTS,the rule of implementa tion of ECTS,together with its characteristics of form and implementation,and then puts forward that at the ten-dency of internationalize,the barriers which exist in our higher schools should be broken,the solid ice which influence the credit transfer and the movement of students should thawed out.It is essential to con struct the market of higher education with flourishing and chinese characteristics.
