摘　　要：根据目前我国投资管理体制的现状及存在的问题 ,分析了市场经济条件下投资决策的特点 ,提出了改善我国投资决策体制的若干对策。实践证明 ,只有逐步建立符合我国国情和社会主义市场经济要求的管理制度 ,完善投资法 ,才能使投资决策有法可依和有章可循 。The paper has analysed some features of decision-making of the investment under the conditions of market economy based on the present situation and problems of the investment management mechanism in China. Then the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the present mechanism in this respect. Facts show that only by establishing a management system suitable for the concrete conditions in China and meeting the requirements of the socialist market driven economy and perfecting the investment laws can the errors in decision making be avoided according to the rules and regulations.
