摘　　要：目的　评价螺旋CT仿真内镜 (CTVE)对中耳解剖结构的显示能力。方法　对 10 0例健康志愿者两侧中耳进行了CTVE成像 ,观察中耳腔的解剖结构。结果　CTVE从不同角度、多方位立体地显示了中耳腔的解剖结构 ,但对表浅和细微结构显示欠佳。Objective To evaluate the ability to show anatomical structures of the normal middle ears with helical CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE).Methods CTVE were performed to observe anatomical structures of bilateral middle ears in 100 healthy volunteers.Results Anatomical structures of middle ears were displayed stereoscopically by CTVE from multiple views.But superficial and ting structures were showed pooly.Conclusion CTVE is a new noninvasive imaging tool for observe stereoscopically auditory ossicudar chains.
