摘　　要：脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)在包括乳腺癌在内的多种原发恶性肿瘤中表达增强。FAS过度表达与肿瘤侵袭性有关,研究FAS可为肿瘤化疗提供新的途径,具有重要的临床价值。Cerulenin和C75是FAS抑制剂,可能具有选择性抗肿瘤作用。The fatty acid synthase (FAS)is elevated in various human primary cancers including breast cancer.FAS overexpression in human neoplasia has clinical value because of its association with tumor aggression and potential chemotherapeutic intervention.Cerulenin and C 75 ,the two inhibitors of FAS,may imply a new selective antineoplastic therapy.
