摘  要:在镀液中加入表面活性剂 ,实现SiC表面金属化 ,再运用化学复合镀方法制备Ni Co P/SiC复合镀层。用扫描电镜等观察了复合镀层的组织及形貌 ,并测量了镀层的成分。通过对镀层硬度、耐磨性、孔隙率和耐蚀性的分析 ,结果表明 ,在镀层中加入表面活性剂和实现SiC表面金属化 ,提高了镀层硬度、耐磨性 ,降低了镀层孔隙率 。Surface activator was added to the electroless solution and SiC surface metalization was realized. Ni-Co-P/SiC composite coating was obtained by the method of electroless composite deposition. The morphology was observed and the composition of coating was analysed with JSM-35CF SEM and so on. The analysis results of micro-hardness, wear resistance, porosity and corrosion resistance show that adding surface activator and SiC surface metalization increase the micro-hardness and wear resistance of composite coating, decrease the coating porosity and improve the corrosion resistance in different corrosion media.
